The Toyota Yaris Hatchback has returned! Well, not quite yet but Toyota fans interested in the practical and affordable hauler can expect to see an updated version of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback arrive for the 2020 model year. Learn more about the 2020 Yaris Hatchback and the surprisingly premium features it will offer as standard on all trims below.
2020 Toyota Yaris Hatchback Standard Features
Connectivity and Convenience
Like the traditional Toyota Yaris sedan, the Yaris Hatchback lineup is practical and affordable, though that doesn’t mean drivers will be sacrificing on all premium amenities. A variety of connectivity and convenience features have been included on all base trims like power adjustable heated side mirrors with LED turn signal indicators, Smart Key Entry and push button start, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In addition to some premium amenities, all trims of the 2020 Yaris Hatchback will also be stacked with passive and active safety equipment to keep the whole cabin safe. Standard safety features include Dynamic Stability Control, Traction Control, Brake Assist, and Low-Speed Pre-Collision. The Low-Speed Pre-Collision system utilizes a front-mounted exterior camera to detect potential collisions and will sound audio alerts and can provide automatic emergency braking if necessary. We like to think of it as a second pair of eyes on the road ahead.
