When it comes to performance, these minivans have quite a bit in common. Both are set standard with front-wheel drive and are equipped with similar sized engines. Since minivans are designed specifically for families with small children, safety is something that’s taken very seriously. Automatic headlights are also standard for the best visibility at all times. The 2016 Toyota Sienna comes out on top with standard active head restraints and third row manual headrests, which are not available in the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.
