Michael Shinkle was phenomenal to work with. I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tundra from Serra Toyota and Devin was my salesperson. He was very respectful and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying. I would have like for Serra Toyota, since I am buying a Toyota from a Toyota Dealership, to have supplied a working, second key. I was given a price of $600.00 for a new key. I believe it hey could budge on this a little bit. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I usually get on here to write bad reviews, so it’s saying something for me to write a good one. Found the car my wife wanted, did a credit app online. A hour later we’re signing papers and driving off the lot. Don’t get any easier than that. These guys don’t waist time and treat you right! I appreciate the help David and Dave!
